This policy explains how AMW Homes Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as W Group Acquisitions ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our commercial real estate acquisition business.
Calls to and from our office may be recorded. Florida law requires the consent of all parties to record a call, so we disclose recording at the beginning of every call. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell us and we will end the call or continue without recording.
Some of our outbound calls are placed by an automated assistant that uses an artificial voice. The assistant identifies itself as automated at the start of every call and discloses that the call is recorded. You can ask to speak with a person at any point, and you can ask to be removed from our calling list at any point — that request is honored immediately and permanently.
We do not place automated or artificial-voice calls to wireless numbers without prior express consent, and we screen against the National Do Not Call Registry. Numbers on the registry, and numbers for which we do not have consent, are contacted only by a person, or not at all.
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from us, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for assistance. We do not send marketing text messages to anyone who has not agreed to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or agreement, and we do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use information collected here to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, or tenancy, and our contact data is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — telephone and communications providers, data storage and software providers, and professional advisors such as attorneys, title companies, and accountants involved in a transaction. They may use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We keep property and contact records for as long as the property may be of interest to us, and transaction records for as long as required by law. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep the minimum information needed to make sure we honor that request.

Our business is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
